First of all, I am Cagatay. I have been teaching English for 6 years, I would like to talk and pass my experiences to you. I got my CELTA certificate 3 years ago. I really like to use student-based teaching that means we arrange our time according to your needs. Rather than old methods, I really keen on speaking that is what you need. Also, according to latest technology, I use more interactive ways to teach English. I am 29 years old, and I love sport, movies, music and so many other things. I was a national swimmer and nowadays I have been doing CrossFit. Also, I have been teaching English in one of the precious collages in Turkey. Before starting my teaching career, I have worked as overseas sales manager in Mezgit company which sales truck spare parts to all over the world. Although it is a small business, I got opportunity to see some different parts of the world such as South Africa. As I did Erasmus in Bydgoszcz, Poland, I have had the opportunity to see most of the parts of Europe by hitchhiking. I really like arts and that’s why I travelled to see museums in each town I visited. I really like sharing my experiences with kids to expand their knowledge and way of thinking. I am also good at under pressure to overcome with difficult situations because I am quick thinker and act according to these quick plans. However, I am concerned about long term project to finish all the duties on time with perfection. As I was a former swimmer, I really like challenges and I believe those challenges make me go further in my career and life. Most of my spare time, I try to catch up with the developing demands of new generation and the news from all over the world. More I really like attending workshops about ELT to learn more about future teaching because the more I learn, the more I can pass on the next generation. Shortly, I am energetic to work with every situation that life brings on me.
